Enhancement on Cash Deposit Machines

The enhanced feature on our Cash Deposit Machines means you can now enjoy even more convenience and flexibility in making cash deposits. Whether you are directly inputting the account number or using a card, you can now make convenient cash deposits of up to HKD100,000 per day.

Instant RMB Account Opening for Integrated Account holders via Personal Internet Banking and HSBC Premier PhoneBanking Hotline

If you are our Premier, Advance and SmartVantage integrated account customer, you can instantly open an RMB sub account under your integrated account via our branches. Now the same service is extended to our Personal Internet Banking^ and HSBC Premier PhoneBanking^ Hotline!

Remarks:
^ The instant RMB account opening services are only applicable during the Bank's Currency Exchange service hours.

Instant PIN Generation Service for ATM / Credit Card available in all branches

To bring you swift and hassle free service, the Instant PIN Generation Service has been extended from limited flagship branches to all branches. You may simply set, reset or change your ATM and/or credit card PIN instantly using the Instant PIN Generator equipped in any branch, including full financial service branch and HSBC Premier Centre as and when needed. It greatly reduces the service lead time from several days to instantly.

Complimentary Wi-Fi service at HSBC branches

Complimentary Wi-Fi service launched at nearly all HSBC branches since January 2011. You can now access the internet or HSBC Mobile Banking with your laptop, mobile phone or other devices anytime via the Wi-Fi service. It's the smart way to stay connected while you bank.

HSBC Advance priority counters display new queue and direction system

If you are an HSBC Advance customer, you can now easily find your way to the Advance top priority counters with our newly designed queue system, which also acts as direction signage.
