Market Information
How does it work?
- Monthly Investment amount is debited from your account on 8th of each month
- HSBC begins purchasing shares on behalf of all Stocks Monthly Investment Plan customers at the market price. Normally from 1 hour after the opening of the trading hours of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on the 3rd trading day after the debit date
- The average price for all purchases will be used
- Any surplus funds over the average price of all purchases will be credited to your account two business days after the transaction date
- The purchased stocks will be deposited into your investment services or securities account on the 2nd trading day after the transaction date.
