General Terms and Conditions for HSBC Premier MasterCard® credit card year-round offers

  • The offers are applicable to holders ("Cardholders") of HSBC Premier credit card issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC")
  • Cardholders must present and pay with their HSBC Premier credit cards to receive the offers
  • All offers are valid from 1 January to 31 December 2012 (unless otherwise specified)
  • The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts
  • The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount programmes, shopping and dining coupons, membership benefits and are not transferable
  • HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the merchants involved in the promotion
  • The promotion periods and terms and conditions of the respective offers by each merchant are subject to change without prior notice. HSBC accepts no liability for any such change and will not notify Cardholders separately of any such change
  • In case of disputes, the decision of HSBC and the respective merchants shall be final
  • In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

 

Dining

Year-Round Offers

  • The offers are valid until 31 December 2012
  • Offers are for dine-in consumption only and Cardholder must be one of the patrons
  • Offers are not available during festive seasons such as New Year, Eve of Lunar New Year’s Eve, Lunar New Year’s Eve, Day 1 to Day 3 of the Lunar New Year, Day before Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Eve of Ching Ming Festival, Ching Ming Festival, Eve of Good Friday, Good Friday, The day after Good Friday, Easter, The Monday after Easter, Eve of Labour Day, Labour Day, Buddha’s birthday, Eve of Mother’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eve of Tuen Ng Festival, Tuen Ng Festival, The day after Tuen Ng Festival, Eve of Father’s Day, Father’s Day, Eve of HKSAR Establishment Day, HKSAR Establishment Day, Eve of Mid Autumn Festival, Mid Autumn Festival, National Day, Eve of Chung Yeung Festival, Chung Yeung Festival, Eve of Winter Solstice, Winter Solstice, Christmas Eve, Christmas, First Sunday after Christmas, Eve of New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Eve or when there is an open fireworks display, ticket sales events or other dates as specified by the respective hotels or restaurants (Black-out dates differ between hotels and restaurants. Please check with respective merchants for details)
  • The offers are only applicable to food. Discounts on the beverage bills are only applicable to specific merchants (please check with respective merchants for details)
  • The offers are not applicable to individually negotiated menus or prices which are not publicly offered, special promotional food items / menus, guest chef promotions, special food items specified by the respective hotels or restaurants, banqueting, meetings, conferences, private rooms (unless otherwise specified), wedding and tickets sales events (please check with respective merchants for details)
  • The offers are not applicable to take-away food items
  • The offers are not applicable to service charge (unless otherwise specified)
  • Service charge is based on the original price
  • In case of renovation in any of the restaurants, the offers will not be available
  • Advance booking is required. Cardholders are required to state the redemption of HSBC Premier credit card year-round offer when making reservation
  • The dining offers at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, The Excelsior, Hong Kong, Conrad Hong Kong, Royal Plaza Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, W Hong Kong, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, InterContinental Hong Kong, The Royal Garden, Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, The Park Lane Hong Kong, The Peninsula Hong Kong, Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Restaurant & Bar are valid for up to a maximum of 12 diners
  • The dining offers of Conrad Hong Kong are not applicable to room service and set menu
  • The dining offers of Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant and New Shanghai are not applicable to tea condiment
  • The dining offers at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong are applicable for dine-in food items only
  • The dining offers of the participated restaurants at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong (except Man Ho Chinese Restaurant) are valid on 21 December 2012
  • The dining offers of The Greenery Coffee Shop, Dong Lai Shun, The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant, Le Soleil, Inagiku Japanese Restaurant, Sabatini Ristorante Italiano and Martini Bar at The Royal Garden are not valid from 8 to 31 December 2012
  • The dining offers of Shanghai Lu Yang Cun Restaurant are not valid from 8 to 31 December 2012
  • The dining offers of The Park Lane Hong Kong are not valid from 21 to 26 December 2012, wine dinner or other special promotions. Riva offers are valid for up to a maximum of 8 diners. The offers are not applicable to cigarettes
  • The dining offers at Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel and Regal Riverside Hotel are applicable to a maximum of 18 diners per table per patronage. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and complimentary valet parking. The offers are not applicable to charge for tea and condiments
  • The dining offers at Royal Plaza Hotel are valid until 14 December 2012. The offers are not applicable to the purchase of cigarettes, cigars, bottled drinks/ spirits or tickets/ coupons/ vouchers. The offers are not applicable to charge for tea and condiments.
  • The dining offers at The Peninsula Hong Kong are valid until 31 December 2012 (black-out date apply) and at least one day advance reservation is required. Cardholders are required to state the redemption of assigned set dinner when reservation is made
  • The dining offers at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong are valid up to a maximum of 36 diners
  • The dining offers at W Hong Kong are not applicable on Public Holiday’s Eve, Public Holidays, special festive days and eve
  • The dining offer at Fook Lam Moon Restaurant is not applicable to fruits, beverages, set menus, valet parking and service charge
  • The dining offers at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong are applicable to dine-in consumption only at MO Bar.
  • The dining offers of The Luxe Manor Dada Bar + Lounge are for food and beverages only, not applicable to private dining rooms and not applicable to the following blackout dates: 14 Feb, 31 Oct, 24, 25, 31 Dec 2012
  • The dining offers of Imperial Kitchen and Eighteen Brook Cantonese Cuisine are not applicable to purchase of cash coupon or dining voucher and are not applicable to alcoholic drinks
  • The booking for dining offers of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is subject to availability and advance reservation is required. The offers are valid for dine-in only and are applicable for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 diners, inclusive of the Cardholder. Black out dates apply
  • The dining offers of Shanghai Min Cuisine and Xiao Nan Guo at One Peking are not applicable on Jan 1-2, 22-25, Feb 14, Apr 4, 6-9, 28-29, May 1, Jun 23, Jul 1-2, Oct 1-2, 23, Dec 21, 24-26, 31. The offers are valid for dine-in only. The offers are not applicable to private/corporate events of 30 persons or above. The offers are limited to à la carte items but not including dried seafood and seasonal seafood dishes. The offers are not applicable to set menus, wine, beverage, tea and condiments, service charge, corkage fee and cake cutting charge
  • The dining offer of Busy Suzie (Japanese robatayaki restaurant & bar) is not applicable on 14 February, 23 – 25 January and 31 December 2012
  • The dining offers of Intercontinental Hong Kong are not applicable to room service and items purchased other than food and beverage in the outlets (i.e. cigarettes)
  • g.e : Restaurant is closed on Mondays
  • The dining offer of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is valid for up to a maximum of 8 diners

 

Birthday Treats

  • Upon presentation of the birthday coupon issued by HSBC and pay with HSBC Premier credit card, Cardholders will enjoy birthday offers at selected hotels / restaurants once during the Cardholder's birthday month
  • Black-out dates apply (please check with respective merchants)
  • At least three-day advance reservation is required to enjoy the birthday offers
  • The birthday offers are for dine-in consumption only
  • In case of renovation in any of the restaurants, the birthday offer will not be available
  • The birthday offer of Conrad Hong Kong is applicable to the Cardholder only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, Conrad VIP cards and cash coupons
  • JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong house wine offer is valid upon a minimum spending of HK$300 and two days in advance reservation is required
  • The birthday offer of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is not applicable on 1 January, 14 February, 24- 26 & 31 December 2012
  • The birthday offer at The Peninsula Hong Kong is valid upon any dine-in consumption with a minimum of 2 guests and up to a maximum of 12 guests at Spring Moon, The Verandah, Gaddi's, Chesa, Felix or Imasa
  • The birthday offer of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is valid for HSBC Premier credit card only. 24 hours advance reservation is required for the birthday cake
  • The birthday offer at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is valid for minimum of four guests at the Café Renaissance and the Dynasty Restaurant
  • The birthday offer at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers is valid for dine-in dinner only with a minimum of 2 diners. A 1-pound birthday cake for 2-3 diners; a 2-pound birthday cake for 4 diners or above
  • The birthday offer at Congress Restaurant / Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant / New Shanghai are not applicable to banquets, meetings, conferences, VIP rooms and wedding banquets

 

For The Hong Kong Jockey Club

  • Racecourse Privileges are valid on race days only from 11 September 2011 to 15 July 2012 (except for specified dates)
  • The offers are not applicable on 11 December 2011 and 29 April 2012
  • On regular race meetings, each person will be charged HK$480 (Sha Tin Racecourse) and HK$525 (Happy Valley Racecourse)
  • Major race meetings: for 11 September, 1 and 16 October 2011, 1 January, 18 March and 6 May 2012, each person will be charged HK$580; for 25 January and 15 July 2012, each person will be charged HK$630
  • Enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a private function room (subject to function room availability) with a minimum of 10 persons
  • Bookings and reservations are to be made directly through The Hong Kong Jockey Club
  • Racecourse Privileges are subject to the terms and conditions of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. For details, please check with The Hong Kong Jockey Club
