Enrol your HSBC Credit Card into the Certificate Scheme and start earning RewardCash Certificate(s) while you spend!

Step 1: Enrol for the RewardCash Certificate Scheme

You can enrol for the RewardCash Certificate Scheme with any of your personal primary cards and additional cards under the same Hong Kong Identity/passport number via HSBC Internet Banking. You will be requested to select one of your primary cards for monthly RewardCash consolidation ("the Consolidating Card").

Alternatively, you may download a registration form and return the duly completed form to HSBC by post or fax.

Requests for enrolment/update of enrolment status submitted through HSBC Internet Banking and by post/fax will be processed in the next working day and within 14 working days respectively.

Step 2: Earn and Receive Your RewardCash Certificate(s)

Upon successful registration, RewardCash accumulated and outstanding on all your enrolled cards will be transferred to the Consolidating Card on a monthly basis for calculating RewardCash Certificate entitlement. By pooling together RewardCash from all your cards, you'll be able to earn RewardCash Certificate(s) faster!

For every $50 RewardCash accumulated on your Consolidating Card, you will earn one RewardCash Certificate. RewardCash Certificate(s) will be issued every quarter. The number / value of RewardCash Certificate(s) to be issued will be calculated on the last working day of March, June, September and December, and eligible cardholders will receive the Certificate(s) by post in the following month, i.e. April, July, October, and January of the following year.

Step 3: Exchange RewardCash Certificate(s) for cash coupons of partner merchants

RewardCash Certificate(s) can be exchanged for merchant coupon(s) of equivalent value at designated outlets of any of our partner merchants, allowing you to shop as you wish.

Note:
1.	Cardholder must present the original RewardCash Certificate and the Consolidating Card upon redemption at merchant outlets.
2.	Each RewardCash Certificate can only be exchanged for coupon(s) of equivalent value at one partner merchant.
