The 24-26 month Asia-Pacific Payments and Cash Management (ASP PCM) Development Programme is designed to provide a strong foundation to develop future leaders with the essential technical and management skills needed to reach and succeed at senior management levels in the future. The programme gives trainees a broad overview of the business and offers practical experience through on-the-job rotations in the four areas (Sales, Product Management, Client Management and Market Development) within PCM.
